3. Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm the return process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the same Cash on Delivery channel, and our team will coordinate the process with you directly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
